Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Clean the sweet basil leaves under fresh water.
  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  • Drop the sweet basil leaves and cinnamon stick if you desired. Simmer for 6-7 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let the tea steep for another 2 minutes.
  • Strain into a teacup. Add some honey for sweetness.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the mild, slightly sweet flavor.
