Ingredients
  

  • 10 to 15 piece Holy Basil Leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 slice fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash the fresh holy basil leaves thoroughly.
  • heat two cups of water in a pot
  • Drop the holy basil leaves and ginger slice. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, cover, and let it steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy its calming, earthy flavour.
